246 ANTIQUE SILVER TROPHY CUP HALLMARKED LONDON 1835, REPOUSSE WINGED ANGELS

Antique silver trophy cup hallmarked for London 1835 , no makers marks . The overall height is 6.8 inches, the diameters are,  base, 3.7 inches, cup top 4 inches, handle width 7.6 inches. The weight is 404 grams, 12.99 troy ounces.

The trophy has been later decorated  to the front with repousse winged angels , a bird and swags , all on a stippled background. The angels flank a vacant cartouche . To the back the later decoration is of flowers, foliage and swags all on a stippled background.The flat section handles have cross hatch decoration to the upper parts.A most decorative piece of silver from the reign of William 4th in very good condition.
